Yea!! We love this question and have several ways for you to do this. Simply fill out our schedule a tour form or you can call us to set up a time, or just stop by we welcome walk-ins. There will be fresh cookies and coffee waiting!

Claridge Apartments is pet friendly and we encourage our residents to enjoy approved pets to enhance their lifestyle. Our community allows our residents the option of bringing both cats and dogs. Please contact our leasing office to discuss what other pets are allowed.
We love all dogs, however we can only accept non-aggressive breeds weighing less than 50 lbs at maturity. Excluded breeds include Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Dobermans, Chows, and German Shepherds.
Our community offers a courtyard pool and resort-style seating.
We understand that not everyone needs a long term lease so we offer leases as low as 6-months. We also offer leases longer than 12 months. Please call our office for more details.
While our apartment units do not include individual washer/dryer connections, we offer a modern, 24/7 onsite laundry facility that’s conveniently available to all residents.
Yes, covered parking is available for all residents at no additional charge.
